I loved the clean rooms and the nice hotel facilities. The location was great and very close to the city center. The breakfast was excellent with a superb choice available. The staff provided very good service, and the hotel offered free access to public transportation and nearby recreational centers including pools and saunas.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The Christmas decoration in the lobby and public areas were impressive, and the buffet breakfast had a lot of different options. Plus, the hotel was located close to the main square, which made it easy to explore the town. The free access to the nearby recreational center was also a nice bonus.
The room was uncomfortably cold upon arrival and took a while to warm up. The staff seemed overwhelmed during check-in, which resulted in a long wait for our room to be ready.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a medieval hotel in a central location. Delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and a fantastic exercise room that was possibly the best we've seen. Plus, the public transportation was easily accessible and free!

This hotel is a great place to stay! We enjoyed the convenience of free transportation and access to a nearby recreational center with pools and saunas. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a superb choice available. The staff provided very good service and our room was clean. The facilities are nice and cover everything you need. our stay here was comfortable and luxurious.
